Smart DESIGN for smart buildings

The Citywide Group specializes in creating smart building infrastructure for residential and commercial buildings. Once their re-brand was complete, I was tasked with creating their new collateral adhering to the newly developed brand standards. The client needed a new website design and booklet to give potential new clients describing their services, process, and benefits.

WEBSITE

Targeted to potential new clients, the new Citywide site was designed to put their services and benefits front and centre in an unobtrusive way. Paired with the new brand identity created by 5fold, the site was to bring Citywide Group and Citylink to the modern day.

sitemap

A sitemap was first created that synthesized all their offerings into a succinct and user friendly way. Keeping all services front and centre in the main nav allowed for easy digestion within new viewers. Our goal was to not overload potential clients with information in an already unfamiliar and unique product offering.

Wireframes

Once the sitemap was completed, we could get into creating the wireframes. A mobile first approach was adopted which allowed for a smooth user experience for all devices. We wanted to make the information easily digestible for new clients and easy for them to reach out to the Citywide Group for further inquiries. Templates were created for Services, Past Projects, and Blogs for easy scalability.

Style guide

Created in alignment with the new brand identity, a stye guide was developed to be applied to the new site. This ensured all elements were consistent through the site, and hand-off to the developers was seamless and easy for them to build.

final website

The final site expands on the created brand guidelines that were set and offers users a sleek and modern user interface to easily navigate through Citywide’s product offerings.

BOOKLET

Once the site was completed, the client wanted a physical book to give to potential clients that communicated their offerings in a clear and succinct way. Focusing on smart building technology, the booklet needed to be clean and inviting.
